highlights: jump drive calibration 5
exhumers 4, can compress any ore except ice and can thus use all t2 mining crystals.
can use capital shield booster, currently training for the industrial core.
Capital ship construction 4 (can build any t1 ship except titans),
Gallente Freighter/jump freighter both lvl 4,
can fly gallente transport ships,
is extremely close to producing any t2 item (except ships) in the game, just needs the skill.
can a fly a drake 
11 hours from a rorqual (capital ships & capital industrial ships needed)
mining foreman 5, indy command ships 3 (orca),
+3's/+4 implants, 1 empty jump clone. Positive sec status, positive wallet.
Everything will be in compliance with CCP's rules: you transfer isk to this character, i send isk to my main, I pay transfer fee.
I will be in Jita 4-4 when sale is finalized.

the reserve is 6.5 bil, buyout is 7 bil. depending on how quickly you can have the money ready, I may be willing to drop the buyout a few mil.
