Do you think EVE still have secrets left to be discovered? Some other popular MMORPGs have been datamined to the degree that there are out-of-game map viewers, character viewers and third party programs that let you move through the world-space without actually loading the game itself.
I realize the item/ship database is openly available but do you think there are still places no one or few people have traveled? Is it possible that there are missions that have not been run or rare NPCs that have not yet spawned? -------------- Indecision is a terrible thing.
...or is it?

There was a dev post a few months back claiming that all there was to know about wormholes had not yet been discovered.
eve-search is not working for me so I can't find the post. Best regards, Apollo Gabriel

Technically Jove space is unexplored, though there was that guy a while back who moved his clone to a station in Jove space and podded himself. But since then I don't think there have been any visitors, unless alliance tournaments are held in Jove space.

Take a class on Greek Civilization, read through all the chronicles, find the super-sekrit map of all wormhole space (yes, it does exist), and put the pieces together.
Yes, EVE still has some secrets. I like to think that I have discovered a few more of them than the average player.
Also, Sleepers will scare the bejesus out of you when you discover the stuff CCP hid in plain sight about them.

There are a lot of secrets about wh space still, and once players find them out then ccp will release the stuff that goes with them.
Well thats kinda how i understood it, there is content they want to release but they want the players to discover it. one such thing is the infamous ????????? ????????? site in wh's. Other stuff is the talocan ships in wh's.

Indeed. For a while I was "collecting" some of the flavor text at wormhole sights... I love the feeling the devs built for sleeper space.
As for the wormhole map you mention... is that the one published out of game or are you refering to something else? -------------- Indecision is a terrible thing.

Yeah right, go discover yourself the negative range bug in wh and farm it big. Did CCP ever hand out any punishment to the exploiters?

CCP did the same thing to AHARM as they did the Monkeysphere group. Absolutely nothing. Of course CCP will deny that and tell us to stop talking about it, but the fact remains that those players are unbanned (and sometimes smugly boasting of it). -- Need a break from EVE? |

I looked pretty extensively into the wormhole lore and what CCP Dropbear had to say, and I concluded that while CCP Dropbear would LOVE to have things the way the OP wants them (that there's some bit of gnostic lore which when discovered by the right person will benefit them greatly) in reality there's no secret polished content. If there were some nice secret polished content, CCP would release it immediately...especially given the current rapacious grumblings of the player base.
Now apropos of what I quote above, I CAN say that there are a lot of interesting juicy secrets related to player-driven content. Knowledge about how to spy, how to do counter-intelligence, and hundreds of little pvp tricks (all perfectly within the rules) are available to the thirsty mind.
For instance, as a direct challenge to the OP and people like him, try to figure out *The Monkeysphere*. Having figured out the Monkeysphere and perused all the WH nonsense, let me assure you that the former is a much richer topic.

These devs are ******ed they count secrets as smilies they painted on planets. There's probablky a north pole or some **** in a wormhole which was supposed to be discovered in december (probably started spawining the connection to it a lot) and it wasnt oooOOOoo content. No. That is not content. I can't believe you thought it was CCP

Hmm... Is there any significance that Jovian is the Roman name for a Greek god, and Gallente tend to name their stuff after Greek?

Not sure what is left to discover in eve but I would love if they added an alien race to the game. It would be cool if you encountered aliens in a special kind of WH.

Just on my mind, there are 0.0 COSMOS missions; who knows what story they tell?

Yeah but i mean intelligent life. At first we wouldnĘt be able to use their ships or understand them in local, but after a year or so citizens of eve learn how to reverse engineer there technology. Finding a wh to their space should be extremely rare (only 100 active wh at a time) but if you find one, you can use a special device that keeps the wh open for a bit longer.
Anyway thatĘs enough of me thinking out loud.

Jove.
The common confusion about players vising Jove is Polaris or the section of space set aside for the devs. Jove is separate.
The trail that may or may not get you there requires very clever thinking. Very clever.
