I'm going to be doing some travel / shopping in a particularly dangerous area of space with an enyo i just purchased.
Im looking to get in/out safely... what do you guys suggest for ship fittings?
Load it up with WCS and hope for the best or fit to fight?

use a cheaper/faster ship if u cant afford to lose the enyo,
the enyo along with everyother tech 2 ship out atm are COMBAT VARIANTS of the tech 1 ships, they are primarily used for combat and should not be used for 'moms shopping'. u dont see the average joe going down to town in a m1a1 do u?
if your going to be doing 'shopping' in unsafe areas, use disposable ships, preferably fast, Rifter? Incursus? with a mwd, and a couple of inirtia hull mod thingy's. It's difficult for any1 to establish lock onto a frig uncloaking and going to warp and if ur mwd'n to a gate usually it will take more than 1 frig to nail u if setup for speed. Enyo's a slow ass ship and not best used for ferrying things around.

the problem is that the Enyo is what im "shopping" for.... it is deep in empire space, which is a problem because my alliance has had war declared on it by some pesky little corperations who like to kill our empire dwelling noobs.
If i were actually going to be doing shopping i would use one of my interceptors, as they are neerly impossable to pin due to their speed.
im just wanting some ideas on how i can get my new ship safely to where i am planning to use it. thanks

Just fit a 10mn ab, 1mn mwd some mpacs to fit it and fill the rest of your lows with stabs.
If possible use bookmarks.

I have a Crow set up for blockade-running and all-around low-sec scouting and travel.
Its set up like so:
3x named standard launchers 1x Proto cloak
1x 1mn MWD Tech 2 (T1 works fine too) 1x Passive Targeting 1x named Sensor Damp/Ship Scanner (Sensor Damp for evasion, Ship Scanner for scouting)
1x Nanofiber 1x PDU (Or another nanofiber, though I like the bonuses of the PDU) 1x BCU
This ship is nearly impossible to kill. If I run into anything I can't handle, I just cloak. If someone locks me, (preventing cloak) I just activate the sensor dampner (note: don't do this around any sentry guns unless you're at war with the enemy as it flags you) then hit the MWD and fly away from the enemy. Going around 4km/s it only takes a few seconds to get outside of their lock range which has been nerfed by my damp. After I lose their lock, I just warp or cloak. The passive targeter is on there if I want to pre-emptively damp someone without risking them locking back (again disabling my ability to cloak) or if I want to scan their ship without them knowing (handy when scouting.)
The nanofibers in low make the ship agile enough that if an enemy Interceptor comes after me, I can usually outrun him or outmaneuver him. An Interceptor has a pretty short targeting range, and after you've clubbed him with a Sensor damp, its not hard to pull some quick turns with the MWD running and make him lose his lock.
All in all, I love this setup, it's gotten my Crow through hell and back.
