What would be funny;
   NewĘs Flash!
Concord intelligence service has received Intel on a planned raid in empire space by an unknown threat. In response to this proposed threat to its mining population. Concord has increased it patrols to cover all gates in and out of empire at all times. In addition to increasing the size its current forces with upgraded patrol ships that patrol all locations where mining is taking place, providing added security for the already frigid and skittish empire mining population.
It has also been rumored that the big 7; SanshaĘs Nation, The Syndicate, Mordus Legion, Guristas, Angel Cartel, The Blood Rader Covenant, Serpentis. Will he halting their current activities in empire and will be watching with great intent on the outcome of this unseen threat. It is uncertain if the big 7 have anything to do with it or know what this threat is. Their secret bases will have probes out watching empire space with great intent, says sources within the big 7. But one thing is for certain. With the reaction from Concord this could possibly change the whole of empire.

I just think it would be funny to see CCP do something like that. Maybe have the Concord ships that are killed in the belts protecting the miners drop special loot of some kind. You know make it a real event. Mommy that mean ole bear just dukied in my sandbox. :( |

I'm one of the little guys that will probably lose a ship or two to this event, but to be honest, I'm looking forwards to it. Hopefully I'll be able to clean up some of the wreckage after and make a few coins, but we'll see.
Hopefully they won't blow away the guy in a destroyer with salvaging gear.

I relies that, but they could make a temporary change where the concord ships in the belts do not receive re-enforcements fast. If they are all killed they can drop special loot of some type, like concord hardeners or something. Special event only type loot. When they re-spawn back then they come back stronger each time. Not over whelming but not super easy. You know make you work for it. Also make it where they are un-target-able until someone mining in that belt is attacked.
Initial spawn could be like a frigate and a destroyer or cruiser. second spawn maybe a BS tossed in the mix, third spawn an additional command ship or something. you get the drift. Mommy that mean ole bear just dukied in my sandbox. :( |

I just think it would make it interesting for everyone if CCP got involved as well. Other MMO's I have played for many years had much the same things happen. When an alliance of guilds got together to do something out of the normal and it was a rare occasion, the GM's got involved and made it an event. Spawing rare creatures dropping rare loot and such. Several Evil guilds on a non-PVP server allied together and took out a good NPC city. It took a lot of coordination of guilds and groups to keep spawns down, but it was successful. The GM's spawned a few things, not much but they added to it and made it fun.
Other things that have happened, became an event with better spawns, they happen from time to time with no real schedule now. Made it quite interesting. Mommy that mean ole bear just dukied in my sandbox. :( |

Better idea is let the make systems under Sansha incursions cynoable and have all the 0.0 sov alliances spam their supercarriers in and see how fast the Sanshas die.
My idea is good too, amirite?

True to a degree but make it an event within a specified amount of time. And maybe have a Sansha titan or two in there to balance things out. Alliances warping would cause an alliance with another faction such as Mordus Legion to join in. Mommy that mean ole bear just dukied in my sandbox. :( |
