But it keeps saying I can only have one active trial and one active subscription account.
I'm trying to make a second so I can send it a plex.
How would I go about doing this?

Why not just send ISK instead of a PLEX?
You can have as many clients with paid accounts running at the same time as you like, but only have 1 client running if you're using a trial account.
The most beneficial for you is to send yourself a buddy invite, create a trial account using that code, send ~350M isk to a character on that account (you'll have to relog a bit between accounts), buy a PLEX, and apply it.

You can contract it to your new alt, just first open your main payed account, do a private contract to your alt (best to be sitting in same station) Log on to your alt, accept contract, use PLEX.

So you must be on a trial account, and are trying to make a second trial? Can't do that. Why havent you converted your first trial to a full account?

Take the account that has the money.
Open up People and Places.
See if your other character is under Contacts.
If not -
Do an Character (exact) search on the character you want to give the money to.
When it pops up - right click on that character - make SURE it's yours with a Show Info (in case of typo's).
Then right click on it again and select Give Money.
This would also be a good time to select Add Contact so you don't have to look it up again.
