So ... a friend left me some ****zle there , including a Charon and few other nice things ...
My problem is : is there any trade hub in the region to sell them for a decent price , or is there any route in high sec to load the freighter and sell to any decent trade hub ?

Hmm. Let me check the map.
... Oh yes, I see.
Now you go and check yourself or do as above poster suggested.

Edited by: TipsyMcStagger on 16/01/2011 05:42:53 Solitude actually has a decent market (manufacturer, mission runners w/hella lv 4 agents, mining), put it up near jita pricing and you will unload it eventually

I've moved some large stuff in and out of solitude hi-sec via wormholes, not sure a freighter would fit...
Don't even bother trying to fly a charon out without a handful of scouts. Vote Illectro for CSM5! Supporting the New Generation of Eve Players |

Closest thing to a trade hub in Solitude is Bosytin (a 0.5) as it's got a L4 agent in one of the stations there. The builders use Octanneve system mostly for building in. If you have patience then profits there on items is good, but the volume traded is probably too low for the big traders.
Some use the 0.4 (Pertninnere) next to Boystin to jump freighter / carrier jump stuff in and out of the region. There's also a few in Syndicate who use that for a jump point too (there's a station system in Syndicate with medbay right next to Pertninnere).
There is no "safe" route to high sec Solitude though. It's either a very long often camped pipe of low sec (around 12 jumps) or through the busiest part of 0.0 Syndicate. Chances of getting a freighter from there to "mainland" empire is very slim without scouts.
Best advice is sell the freighter there and if the other stuff is worth it and too big to fit into a cloaky hauler, hire a JF pilot to move it for you. |

Edited by: Scoto Timta on 20/01/2011 20:33:47 As Electroculus said, you can scan for a direct hisec wormhole. Those do allow freighters through. There is an unproven theory among some of us that one might be "native" to Solitude (i.e. there is always an A641 someplace in Solitude that respawns kinda like a static wormhole in w-space), because we found one almost every day for a period of time, but it's just a theory. No proof, and during my most recent stint there I never found one. Could easily have just been a random streak.
Note that it could take a long time to find a direct hisec wh, but they occur. I found 2 of them (both K162 from main empire) in 15 minutes one day when they were useless to me. Then, when I wanted one it took me about a week to locate (again, K162).

Scoto, would there happen to be a public channel for this?

Not that I know about. Our corp used to live there, but we moved operations recently. Me and some corpmates used the latest one to move accumulated stuff. Months ago, if you found one of those it got used up fast, but the few I found recently stayed around for a long time. Just an indication of how dead the region has become since our alliance broke up and people moved out (IMO).
