HOW IT WORKS
* This lottery will consist of 2000 tickets.
* Tickets for this Lottery are 10mil.
* Lottery numbers will be unlocked once all tickets are purchased.
* Ticket Numbers are given out randomly with API Software.
* To purchase tickets, send isk to in game character Lotto49 with the reason field of Lotto49-93
* Winners will be announced Via-mail list "lotto-49" and given a 2 weeks to claim their prize(s).
* If for whatever reason the lottery does not sell out in a timely fashion, Lottery will become a non-profit lottery, Prize list will be updated to equal ticket revenue and draw will be made.
This lottery uses Chribba's Dice-API tool.. Its a tool that picks a random number(s) before the lottery Starts and locks it (no one including myself can ever see these locked number(s) until their unlocked). I will be Securing and using this tool to do the Draw.
