Our teams are working to resolve this matter as soon as possible and until then the API may have high loading times. This should not affect any other systems. While it might seem obvious that they're related, the database that was causing the latency for the API isn't the one hosting Tranquility.

That's incredible. Next, CCP will be tell us that they have fail-over and redundant systems in-place for when Tranq decides to take its next nose-dive. Stay tuned!

We were just teasing On a serious note, I have looked in all the usual places that I can think of but can't seem to find any info regarding lastnights almost instant failure of EVE. Some are saying it was a fault on your database again while others are saying it was a dropout on part of the network infrastructure that allows us to connect to TQ.
