Want: 20bil
Interest: 4% Monthly (Capital interest only, 800mil per month set interest) paid monthly, last payment is loan amount + final interest payment, total payback 22,400,000,000isk
(willing to pay 5% if to one investor, or if someone wants to set-up a consortium of investors that can dish out the divi)
Time frame - 3 Months
Collateral - Alliance torn 8 Adrestia, valued @ 20-25bil
Reason for loan: increase current capabilities, final expansion phase
total cost of my extension - 155bil aprox
where is the rest of the isk coming from - my own money
why not wait and just make the isk - opportunity have presented itself making it better to pay interest than wait.

I could be hit by a bus, thatĘs why it is secured.
why not just sell the collateral: because its shiny shiny and want to keep it
Collateral:
Adrestia Alliance tournament 8 T2 cruiser, valued at around 20-25bil several bids currently on the forum for same ship at 20bil, so even if I run off the ship can be sold to pay off the full loan and perhaps some interest.
I would like to deal with as few as people, so min investment would be 5bil, in the event of multiple offers the person offering the higher investment gets priority over anything else
So, 4 slots, 5bil per slot, no limit to number per person, in-fact preferred to be 1 person!
Collateral will be held by a 3rd party, Chribba or a mutually agreed MD member.
Few IG buds are also trying to find the isk to help me out so may pull out anyway!

Could you link the bids on the ships please? I can find one at 20 and another at 18 but looking at PL's sell thread there doesn't seem to be a great demand for these (and with PL selling off 15 of them it looks like the market could be flooded very soon).

If you need a 3rd party let me know. I would need you to clarify the terms of a default that the investor/s agree on. What would constitute a default, what happens if you default and the ship sale makes 20b, what happens when it makes 25b, etc, will it include defaulted interest payments, etc etc.

Hi Xtreem. I'd also be happy to loan you the full 20 bil if the other deal falls through. However, my conditions would be slightly different:
1. Adrestia must be in a high sec station.
2. Collateral would be held by me. No point involving a third party. Simply create a private contract selling the Adrestia to me for 20 bil. At the end of the loan period, create another private contract buying it back for 20 bil + the last month's 1 bil interest.
