For weeks, I was using the chracter creater on sisi, and people asured me that when it hits TQ, I would be able to recreate my char...
Lord Evangelian was originally a Jin Mie with Ebon Features... Now I have to recreate my avatar...to a oriental old man...
Is there any way I can create my char using minmitar specs...

No offense but you really must have no life, Your actually complaining about a character creator in a video game? Why? Does it really make any difference to your EVE life/lack off?
Jesus if I was a Dev on this game I just would put a joke **** on all the heads of people who moan about completely pointless ****e.

I'm with the OP. I was testing the creator throughout it's testing period. It was getting better and better then about two weeks before today someone at CCP decided it would be fun to go and mess with everything by changing how the bloodlines should be represented.
Deteis suddenly no longer have black hair, because the 1000's of players that used to have that wouldn't want it again would they?

My life obviously has some significance to you...or you would not have posted...more to the point, does anyone know if I can recreate a jin mie with minmitar specs?

Jin Mei are not Minmatar, so I would guess not. Not sure though.

Funny this coming from a person who is lurking on a video game forum and taking time out of their life to post such worthless unproductive bull@&#$.

If I were in your position, I would try to forget my original portrait and start from scratch. What you should be striving for is something that is pleasant to you. You will never get back what you had and anything second rate will only haunt you in future.
Sorry I can't help you more than this, I have little technical savvy and know little about Jin Mei features past and present. Just make something as cool as possible.
