Hi,
I have BPO with ME 10. I want to research tha BPO to ME 20. When I try to set ME job it seems that time needed for research is same as for same type BPO from ME0 to ME 20.
Is it how it works?
Is there any way to continue ME research from ME 10 to ME 20 for time that is needed for 10 ME.

Yes. Put it in and research it 10 levels. That will be 10 levels more that it went in at, or 10+10 = 20.

deepening on what type of Bpo it is etc...

What he said.. uhm, sorta..
Point is.. depending on how many days/weeks/months it takes to move a BPO to certain ME levels, you should factor how much it is you'll actually save doing so.. and then how long/how many it takes to produce the item to start reaping those additional savings.
Rough quick example.. you could spend weeks building ME on a BPO that'll just knock off some py n trit off manufacturing. You lost weeks, maybe months.. saving pennies when you could have spent that time producing and racking in profits from your researched BPO.
Time is money.
Also.. BPOs have a 'perfect ME'.. researching past this point is completely, and absolutely pointless as you will not knock off anymore minerals in production cost.

Just to clarify, the popup window where you select the installation, BPO etc. says
+ ME
NOT final ME.
So yeah, just type 10 in the box and it will research it to ME 20.
