As the title, where are the hoods? I can't find any...
They're definitely in, heres someone wearing one!

Certain clothing/hair options are race specific it seems ..

Amarr only...they are one of the options on the robes.

I am wearing one on character selection screen, but it doesn't show anywhere else. First they nerf the hood, what next? The cloak?!  |

Join the fray and spam the forums untill they give in and add the missing "racial features" I.E Minmatar tattoes, Gallentean Oldman in fifth element hair cut & head plex-thing, Amarr hoods, caldari wifebeater (though I doubt if anyone actually ever wanted that).
Maybe if we whine enough they'll give in. Yea or nay?
Edit: And yeah add the old backgrounds in ass well. It shouldn't be too hard to rip them from the files and port over as 2d image.

while we are on the subject of missing stuff.
I cant find any tats of my mini woman. Prety sure that lore pointed out they were ultra important to the mini race
i miss my faical claw already :(

select the long dress, then there is button 1/3 at the bottom, select 2/3 or 3/3 and you have a hoodie
