Its good, face has a lot of character. However, the eyes are wrong, looks unatural. Looks like your winking? If so swap the eyes. The side with the muscle retraction should be the side with the wink. Maybe its just the lighting?

The killer look, kinda like it, though a bit more color contrast (maybe background?)could have had a more stricking effect, but nice nonetheless.
Don't like the top hair though, make your avatar look like having an egg shaped head :P
Worth a 8\10 IMHO
