Cos I don't has that 
I use good old Paint Shop Pro 7 (I know, ancient but it works). All you need is an editor that lets you replace the background with a clear alpha channel to make it transparent.

Sorry for that  , it just looked so bloody obvious when I created the avatar for Mag.
I look forward to seeing the 'surprised' look, as and when you re-customize your chars.  
Edit: @ Nich, I expected your Avatar to look like Tom Cruise for some reason, now I'm upset.

You don't unfortunately, but you will have a second chance to snap screenshots in the char creator once the re-customization is offered in a few days.

Thx for the reply bud, was thinking this was the case. Would be nice to see a button somewhere or something that would allow people to view their characters in all their glory. (Before Walking in stations is released later this year  )

 Wow, I am in total awe.
Not to mention jealous as well. 
That's a great idea for signatures, making prints, etc.
You all have done some excellent work and I'm ****ed that I didn't see this thread sooner. I have 5 characters and I've already finalized 4 of them without saving the full body shot. 
Soooo, is there any way to be able to get the images of the Avatars now?
Probably not.
Guess I'll just have to wait til the Piercings, Tats and Scars expansion is introduced. 
CCP, if you're listening, there definitely needs to be an option in the character selection screen to be able to view and copy full body shots of our avatars.
Hmmmm, maybe a few of you gifted artists could get together and create a new Eve Business, with CCP's help of course, and do up Eve Avatar Signature's for sale, trade exchange, services rendered?
I don't know what all it would entail or even if it's possible, all I know is I want it.
