I cannot proceed before I select a "Bottom" piece of clothing?

Well that's quite possible, actually. Did that on one if my alts.
It's even possible to do that on female characters, though they still wear a bra :D

Thank you CCP for now allowing idiots to ruin the game with this bull**** of not wearing clothes.
I bet you'd like to dance naked too wouldn't ya??(outside the strip clubs I mean. Nakedness in strip clubs or ***** houses is cool and encouraged.)
