I don't know if anyone does this... but possibly in the large number of EVE players there are some, who shape their in-game character to resemble themselves from RL...
Here is me:
Anyone else doing similar things?
BTW: CCP - the new avatar creation tool is really nice... but still it does not allow to customize the face characteristics in such detail, that would allow to REALLY identify oneself :P

Spooky? why? can't one identify oneself with the in-game char in various ways? it's supposed to be an MMO anyway :P

Nice work OP and very brave facing the trolling morons by posting (half) your real life pic.
Someone must remember a good while back (2 years?) when CCP actually had some competition about blending your eve avatar with your real life persona?

This was exactly what I shot for. RPGs are all about playing a role, what better way than projecting self into this character you create?

You could create a character that doesn't resemble you in any way, that is also acceptable role play.
So no, I don't resemble my in game face.

I tried but the only way I could get it to look like me is if I threw on sunglasses and made him look down.
Now it kind of looks like me if I was wearing sunglasses and looking down.

This may be a concept for a new signature. At least it's a view of someone who tried to make their character look like their player self. :D
Oh, and Mintchip, it's like a slightly Asian version of you, but the spirit seems there all the same.
