What is the creation only skill I saw a strange salvage drone operation skill is that the one ?
There were several skills that were once availlable during character creation. they are..
Genetic Engineering (the 1 kyreax has)
Black Market Trading
And some others players claim to have, but unconfirmed.
These are no longer obtainable.
There are 4 rare skills no longer seeded ingame but still obtainable from players who brought them before they were discontinued for a hefty price.
Salvage Drone Operation
Mobile Factory Operation
Mobile Refinery Operation
Astronautic Engineering
I think one of the character creation only -skills were mnemonics. I have no idea what it did

Mnomnics... Skill at handling skill stimulator boosters. 20% Bonus to skill booster duration per level.
I've heard of this skill metioned several times, tho personally have never seen any character with this skill, so cannot confirm if anyone has it.

I thought Mnemonics was a seeded skill at some point... shouldn't that be on your list?

Yeah, i remember that thread.
Claims being the operative word, since he/she is not listed on eve-board i cannot confirm if he/she has the skill.

Biology The science of life and of living organisms, and how chemicals affect them. 20% Bonus to attribute booster duration per skill level.
Biology is seeded and publicly availlable ingame.
If im not mistaken, Mnemonics targets boosters that only affect your char attributes, ie Intel, Perc, Willpower ect. (these booster were in the database a long time ago but never released)
Whereas Biology affects all other boosters like blue pill, x-instinct ect... which are ingame and affect a wide veriety of other attributes.
Edit:- As to wether Mnemonics was renamed to Biology when drug boosters were introduced, i have no idea.

Biology used to be creation-only AFAIK, I had that and Genetic Engineering when I made this guy in December of 2005. I guess the answer would be to see if the Mnemonics skill still has a "placeholder" in the database.
I wonder who else has a creation-only skill that is close to having all skills? It's impossible to search on eveboard for cration-only skills, so? Anybody know?

I have a copy of Salvage Drone operation, Paid a lot for it, but still haven't decided on whether or not to plug it in myself, being that I'm almost at all drone skills 5 very soon :)

Congratulations Kyreax. Collecting all of the available skills is one of the greatest accomplishments one can achieve in the game. I'm actually surprised that it took this long for somebody with one of the "creation only" skills to climb this ladder. Well done! (but may the future bring new and even greater challenges to the skill collecting arena...  )
