None. The Battlestar Galactica is, at least in concept, the type of capital ship a space empire might actually build. It has tremendous point defenses, a long-range strike capability (nuclear missiles), formidable tank, long-range sensors, the ability to make long-rang jumps independent of outside aid, and by design is nearly immune to ECM. Of course, its main hitting power comes in the form of two full wings of fighter-bombers supported by an organic compliment of scout and command ships. In short, it's something like a really advanced version of a Nimitz class aircraft carrier on steroids.
In stark contrast, all of EVE's ships are gimped right from the start in an effort to keep various classes viable and "fair," whatever fair is supposed to be. The end result is that EVE is very nearly relegated to being a complex game of rock-paper-scissors. The central idea is to encourage multiplayer teamwork by specializing each ship type and class, however, in reality it practically forces blobbing rather than intelligent tactics.
This, there is no real comparison.

Although size wise it is a Battleship hull in EVE, it packs a punch that nothing short of a Titan could match (because the Titan can kill it still).
As mentioned it has other advantages....immunity to EW being prime among these.
The main problem for the Battlestars would mostly be numbers....there are far more battleships in EVE than there were ever Battlestars built...
For their size EVE ships are undergunned. Could be a limitation of pod technology.
At one time there was rumour of a Battlestar class that would be larger than the current Titan that was a few years ago and may have been abandoned. It was called Project Battlestar, obviously do to copyright its in game name would differ if it ever appeared.
