Lets calculate - 3b worth of implants, over 1b worth of skills. Your offer 10b - 3b -1b = leaves 6b, which will not even pay for gtc of this character.
This character is specialized for the supercarriers from the start. You will not find many of those on the market. And I'm not mentioning standings for lvl5 missions, which will cost you alot of effort or extra isk.
I'm not in a money trouble either. Sorry, 10b is not what I have in mind for selling this toon. Thought I agree that 20b as buyout is too high. I will start decreasing it daily or so.

If you're expecting to get the full value of books and implants then you really shouldn't be trying to sell it. Implants are worth maybe 1/4 of their sell value when you plug them in. The character lacks all sorts of support skills necessary to a nyx pilot in a fleet. It is definitely a great start and worth a good amount of isk, but you're overvaluing it a bit much.

12.5b is an INSANE offer for a 28m SP character that's well trained. I'd take that dudes offer before his high wears off...

I think 12 b is fear enough
its a nice char with a nice corp history the +10 to amarr and the imps are cool
Fighter bomber 5 is okay but no capital Remote rep stuff thats a bit sad even for an SC pilot
p.s.
Whats the +10 for wenn hes in a SC? you wont fly the lvl 5 with a SC anyway or?

I'd take 12.5 in a heart beat, more than it's worth, unless of course it's an alt or a friend bumping your auction.
If it's legit take it now before he changes his mind.
