Yes, to boost from a T3 you only need the defensive system to 5 and everything else to 1.

I have noticed this char is one of the most transactioned chars in the last 6 months.
Here is the char transaction history
feb 12 - bought by kanin majestate imperiala for 14 bil
march 14 - neon razor - 15 bil
may 30 - mercfromabove - 15.5 bil
aug 16 - belinik - 14.5 bil
Why would someone buy it just to sell it for about the same amount, or less ? Are people realizing that the fleet boosting is not such a great deal ? Or maybe that its better to have one char for each type of boost rather than one doing more types ( as you cannot plug more than one mindlink, nor pilot 2 types of ships with different boosting types in the same time ) ?
EDIT : i bid 15 bil.
btw nice try bidding with RuffRydeR007 a char that was "sold" 20 minutes before placing the bid :) |

Conceal what, yes the toon has been bought and sold, so what it's a business buddy, just because people don't realize that it's worth much more than what they sold it for doesn't mean I can't sell it for its real value. |
