Hello
I'm wanting to launch a tower in low-sec to provide a forward base and bait out some action.
I'd like this tower to be easy and inexpensive to refuel. Cheap to set-up, though options will be considered. Above all it has to be a pain to attack, have been considering jamming options.
Doesn't need any hangers or non-offensive structures.
I am a POS idiot as you've probably guessed so all advice will be gratefully received :)

bait some action? Small tower then, get few guns, etc... Just be prepared to loose it...

Costs much less than a trimarked BS so 'eh' 
Any suggestions for making it last as long as possible?

Small POS in LowSec will die. We know that, you know that, everyone knows that. At least try and make them hate it.

Go ahead and use a mix if you wish. The non-racial jam strength of POS jammers is 15 (45 for their racial). For comparison an all Levels V Falcon has a racial jam strength just under 15 (afaik).

Sorry dude, it was an honest question. Not that I give a rat's arse anyway since I don't fly around low-sec looking to attack heavily armed towers with nothing else inside.

I believe he meant using the POS as base of operations for "bait warfare", while you understood him as using the POS as bait. Regular misunderstanding, I suppose.
