I have the latest version according to the login screen (223146) but it still tells me "Incompatible (protocol" when I try to log in.
Any advice?

I've downloaded the patch and the sisi launcher app and my client still connects to tranq. The client has the sisi client version though. wtf?

I think they're having menstrual cramps on Sisi today. It hasn't been up for over 10hrs. I'm guessing the they're having problems with the latest update supposedly going live on the 28th.
The latest build is 224166 if you check the server status at http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/server_status.php

I can only assume that sisi is currently closed to the public.
this might be because they require all of sisi's resources and cannot spend time assisting players.

The latest version on the test server is 224166. You can go to http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/server_status.php to verify this. They have not put up the patches or opened the server yet.

I too would like to see the server available to the public but prioritizing a test server over focused testing is not preferable.
I think what ccp needs is a device that speeds their office up relative to the rest of the world.

Most likely they're testing bugfix builds in order to determine which one becomes tomorrow's Incursion 1.1.2 build.
