Selling factory slot in Yulai X - DED Assembly Plant
Starting bid at 10mil isk. Minimum bid increase 500k isk.

these are getting way too frequent
tell me, did you happen to find that a slot was free, and you rented it hoping to flip it for a profit?
well let me ask you something, what's rent on those now? 20mil a week? 40mil? it's gotta be up there. that's because the market is working!!! eventually every station on the map with factory or lab services will have unrented factories or labs. otherwise prices will keep rising, which is clearly not a market equilibrium
so do us all a favour and unrent the slot. that, or check through the back pages of the sell forum to see how many other people have tried this

for the last week , there were around 4-5 open slots , rent
was 10+mil per 5 days . guess "someone" rented all of them
thinking he can auction them off  |

hahaha, good stuff. 5 Open slots there right now. Its gonna be fun to see the same happening to labs in a couple of weeks.

Yeah laugh it up *******s. I rented this slot by mistake and not to make a profit out of it. I wanted to create a few modules and were surprised to say the least to see a factory slot open in Yulai. When I last tried to produce stuff they were 10k each and not 10 mil so needless to say I didnt check the rental fee before renting. Stupid ? Yeah, Id say so but lesson learned. No wonder prices are skyrocketing *sigh*
I put this up to maybe salvage some of that rental fee (10.6mil). Obviously that wont happen but who can blame me for trying ?
