What do you think, would this a good (but expensive) fit to survive the incursion? My intention was to create a fit that will survive, no matter what happens.

The purpose of this ship is to support the fleet with armor/shields, itself with a good ability to keep long enough alive and the ability to warp out, even if scrambled. This under the assumption that scamblers/jammers dont stack (sorry, Im a PvP n00b in EVE, no clue if it works this way) Maybe a 2nd WCS is not necessary when the sanshas only use jammer (no clue). This ship still got a 60km targeting range, even more if only 1 WCS is needed. The empty high slot can still be used for useful stuff like shield transporter or so... Would this work or is it just crap?

That is an expensive fit to lose...and you WILL lose it because you have no buffer. You can't active tank the sansha in heavier incursion sites. Best survival setups I have seen get more than 100k effective hitpoints after 80% debuff.
If I had an Alt I would probably post with it... |

Seems like a kitted out Damnation is the best option and considerably cheaper then above plus you get gang support It could just be that the purpose of your life is to server as a warning to others. |

That fit will die horribly to sansha zomg alpha strikes well before your logis can kill the rr cycle and switch back to you. Plus it has terrible dps from missiles alone which is what you need to focus your dps on as sansha are much like the sleepers and will gladly pop your sentries.

But I suppose if you are dead set on using it then it can certainly get one of the best buffer resist tanks around.

This was posted last night to the incursion fleet I was in.
This is why there is no safe tank fit.

Sadly, there's a reason BS shield RR never quite got off the ground.

Umm. Actually?
If you do put CPRs on an active shield tank you want to put on as many as possible. Negatives are nicely stacking penalized into meaninglessness. Positives keep on keeping on. Overall, it's not a horrible (though very niche) idea.

there's only a few ships it works on though, only one i can think that regularly fits like this is the chimera.

In a fleet getting both a sig radius and armor resist mods (so it will need two command class ships, with characters skilled to MAX them using the respective mindlinks).
Drop your sentry drones then kick on the AB and pull the closet orbit you can around them to get your transversal up.

check the penalty of a cap power relays and think again ...
as to points (warp scams / disruptors) - each separate point of warp scramble applied to ur ship needs 1 warp core stab to negate, so if ur scrammed by 3 different frigates, 2 WCS's aint gonna help much until u remove one of them by force.
as others have pointed out, active tanks arent gonna help u what-so-ever ... if u get neuted ur dead, if the alpha from rats (in the case of incursions literally 3-4 ships) is too high those reppers arent gonna keep u alive long enuff to even cycle.
back to the drawing board tbh.
No solo ship is gonna be in anyway effective in any incursion site, u need a gang of well fitted ships with dedicated logistics and buffer tank setups. Don't believe the hype! |

So having cap fed to you with an energy transfer chain is not working now to keep your hardners running? Hrmmm. That raven fit worked a charm on the sisi incursions I ran in though to be fair the highest sites we did was an assault. The shield transfer was simply for extra rr on your energy transfer mate if the logi dropped the ball for those critical few seconds when they switch to a new target.

Your personal experience trumps my rampant theorycrafting. I was under the impression that you were trying to rely on those shield and cap transfers consistently, not just to support a Logi when its pants are down.
The fit now looks good to me again. ששששש
