I checked the patch notes but did not see anything about the gang bonus problems as these are horribly bugged at this moment.
By session changes the squad loses gang bonus and sometimes the gang booster will also lose the bonus so I cant find any logic in this to get the bonus up and running again beside kick member out and then re-invite them till there is a jumps gate and then it might be gone again.
Is there any info on this problem or a way to solve it?

You can revoke the booster, and then add them again as booster as an alternative to kicking but thats about it. I was hoping that it would be fixed in this patch but I guess its not a priority.

I've got a fix for this. Unfortunately it was a tricky one to pin down, and so I didn't get it in before the deadline for today's patch. As soon as it gets the green-light we'll deploy it. Currently as a partial workaround, you can revoke the booster role and re-apply it. Not ideal, I know, but slightly easier than having people leave/rejoin the fleet. -- Team Gridlock: Herding electronic cats since 2010 |

For what it's worth we found that squad boosts would not apply with a 10 member squad (11 with commander), but if you shifted one person out of the squad it'd be fine.
Don't know if this has any bearing on the fix being explored by Masterplan.

You cannot move more than 10 people into the squad, the commander is one of the 10.
On related bugs, apparently you also cannot move yourself out of the squad command position if the squad is full. I'd appreciate if you looked into that as well.

while this workaround seems to help in about 80% of cases for me, it is not 100% reliable. Sometimes I need to revoke booster, set some random other guy as booster, revoke again and finally give booster role to the real booster.
