Wow, just wow.
I understand that CCP probably don't have the time to handmake every NPC character avatar around, but perhaps they could've hit the randomize button a few more times. Sarpati in particular looks like- well, I'm not really sure:

There's more, and they're fairly dire, but this is why you don't use 'Randomize All' when making a character you want to look good.
