Wondering if there's a decent accounting web suite at all that uses the api ?
Something that makes it easy to determine how much was spent on particular production and what you sold the end product for overall, working out profit margins.
t2 production can be a pain and if you don't own bpo's can run into the -ve profits pretty easily. Working out the real costs associated with a particular build of a particular module would be great.

Ok, something that allows you to go through transactions for the month/week(varies) looking for transactions and assigning them to a particular industry job.
For instance, if I were to build t2 module A and B. I go though a shopping list for module A, and buy all that stuff, then for the next month I sell module A. But while this is going on, I am also shopping and getting ready to start building Module B. There's another shopping list associated with that and market orders/sales also.
If I could just assign the various market transactions (either buys or sells) to those jobs, I could easily check for ROI and profits after pos fuel etc.. http://www.xn7.de/ is awesome for doing this beforehand, but they only update prices based on what people have uploaded to eve central I think. It doesn't give you your ACTUAL ROI, it's merely good for estimations beforehand.
The lists of transactions are there already, i'd assume a very simple interface could make this work very easily.

Edited by: Elaiam Sendara on 28/01/2011 22:27:39 I've been working on something very similar to what you're talking about, but it's a windows application, not web-based. I don't have any knowledge of php or other web platforms. Not sure if that's a dealbreaker or not, but if I get it to a releasable state, it will probably find its way to the Technology Lab section.
