Remove the head. It's ugly and obstructs the view.

re-customizing wouldn't be bad if the creator remembered you pose, lighting and background settings but it doesn't.

I had to petition because what you see is not what you get.
I was lead to believe there will be a 3rd time redo at least.
If they're intending to charge money for make overs, they've got a lot of work ahead of them.

My advice to everyone is set the camera distance to 2nd level, I mean not too close, but not too far hehe.

It was never that great tbh, if you had a pony tail and looked around a bit it always got horrible twisted and folded.

I think we might get a chance to redo it every time they release a patch having anything to do with the editor.

I'm not sure if we will be enabled to do another character portrait remake whenever CCP decides to add another customization feature.
If we're walking in stations anyway and people can see our new accessoires like earrings, tattoos, necklaces, new clothes, belts, gloves, shoes (lots!) perhaps even more hairstyles, perhaps we won't be able to remake our avatar for free every time?!
