While the new character generator is excellent for making one's main character, it sorely lacks some rather important features to make it produce suitable alts.
The life of a trade alt, hauler alt, cyno alt, etc, is hard and unforgiving. Often leading to going to bed hungry and a thorough beating when things go slightly wrong and a billion ISK or two gets blown up. Therefor we need the following options included;
Bruises of all colors and forms, highly customizable broken nose modeler, ear damage settings and cigarette burn marks to name a few.

Alot of this could be solved with 2 options.
1- A custom Tatoo editor. We paint our own tats, from artwork to bruises and burns, and apply them to our character.
2- Fight Night Eve Online. We get two fists on screen that we can use to punch the **** out of our avatar.

Also, why can't you make your character look fat? Or is that regarded as being offensive too?

im pretty sure even the poorest capuleers are able to afford a decent meal. except those that are in the hole for buying dirty isk

I believe it has been stated here on the forums by CCP that they wanted to get the character creator live to the masses, and things will be added later on, including the ability to change your characters when you want to, along with tattoos and the like.

ALOT of things need alot of "Resizing" ability. I wanna make my ears smaller, or my nose bigger, or scale up one's chin. Resizing in general would be nice

Ears you can size, at least now, not sure if you could do it before. Turn the head so you look at the side and then you can drag the mouse to size the ears.
