I'm ready to join your operations for giving maxed out fleet boosts. I've got all the skills you need for Loki/Tengu boosts in null-sec (nullified anti-scan fits) as well as hi-sec (6-link Tengu and max-link Loki, both with T2 links). 17.2 million SP with no skill points in anything other than gang boosts and nullsec survivability. Four jump clones. Clones with armor and skirmish links currently installed, and one clone with +5 learning implants.
I can:
- Give max boosts with all 4 T2 gang links (gang spec 5/5/5/5)
- Use all mindlink implants
- Fly max-boost 6-link Tengu
- Fly max-boost link Loki
- Use nullifiers, covert ops cloaks, ECCM, etc. nullsec fits
- Use any implants (Cybernetics V)
- Batphone friends and light up cynosural fields for massive blobs
Plus:
- 4 jump clones (empty clone, armor links, skirmish links, +5s)
- Thermodynamics and navigation skills for gtfo situations
- Clean history (no player corp or kill histories, no kill rights)
- This is not a command char, but still has wing command III (WC IV in training)
- 3 bonus neural remaps (cha/will currently)
- Completely clean char with no history with anyone

I've never lost a ship (no kill/loss record). No corp record aside from 1 day in jump clone corp. I'll be able to sell the buyer a 6-link Tengu, link Loki, and nullifier subs below Jita prices, too.
