Seriously, why the hell would I want to stare at the damage done by my 5 pathetic light drones when my 800mm guns can deal 10x as much damage or miss completely? That is a crucial info, while drone damage is very predictable and stable. It's like logs showing:

Thanks Tuxford, really.
HOWEVER while it nice to finally have this the persistent messages can accumulate very quickly and crowd out more important things, so an option to disable them (or really, to filter the kind of messages that show up in the combat log - outgoing damage, incoming damage, drone damage) and/or group drones like turrets would be much appreciated.
But it's nice to see the feature finally in the game in any event

I noticed this during my morning fix of EVE :)
Now I just want to be able to turn off the floating box that says "you hit for X", but still have the damage showing up in the combat log.

I'm already happy but as the drones fires as a group it might be kewl to get a 'grouped' damage notification (*drones do X damage*). This could be calculated client side so no extra load on the server.

About freaking time CCP. 7 years man, 7 years I've wanted this, and finally.
Uh.. not to sound ungrateful.. but How does one turn it off? A toggle would be nice... (Especially for PvP when all I really care about is Gun DPS)
Now, how about that scrolling multiple logging system I asked for around the same time? =)
