Hello, for L3 missions, which ship would do them faster? A Battlecruiser or a faction Cruiser?

Probably battlecruiser but I think faction cruiser will be more fun and challaging

A sentry Gila would be about the only one with a clear advantage over a BC in regards to PvE.
It could just be that the purpose of your life is to server as a warning to others. |

It depends on the ship.
If you don't have many SP then go for the BC. With enough SP in the relative areas you can go for faction cruisers. Oh! Faction ships also have quite a price tag on them...and while also effective in regular fits (T2) you get most out of them with faction and complex equipment.
BC will often have a much better tank, including higher base buffer. Faction ships can be very nasty when it comes to hurting, but they also don't like getting hurt! Exeption to this is definately the Gila.
A faction cruiser that piqued my interest is the Vigilant. Gank setup with crap armor repping (T2 AB should provide some speedtank) would give a theoretical DPS just under 800.

Harbi will do a bit more DPS than Omen Navy Issue, but it's slower so in missions where you have to move to get in range or to get to a gate the ONI will probably have a slight edge. The amount of DPS tanked is similar, but the Harbi will have double the buffer. |

The Phantasm can also work. But in the end the Harbi does seem to be faster. |
