eek amouse	Posted - 2011.02.01 19:08:00 - [1] i've been itching to build a cloaky loki all in one for scanning down worm holes and looking for ganks/goodies inside or being a nuisance in low sec. not really looking at 0.0, so i'm thinking the interdiction nullifier may not be necessary. arty or ac? ab and scram or disruptor and mwd? should i have a web? will i have the dps to break ratting BS?

Proteus does this well, at least for damage since you can pull up a bit extra with blasters. Bootleg Greg Minmatar Dirty Mike and The Boys	Posted - 2011.02.01 23:44:00 - [6] Loki is alright, but I have to agree with Grim, the Loki does not provide enough DPS for a T3 ship, kind of makes it useless unless you are in a gang. I haven't flown a Proteus, but it being a Gallente ship, you can pretty much guarantee more DPS exists with the risk vs return play style "in-your-face". FOTM seems to be the Tengu because it can swap up damage types, goes fast enough and tanks fast enough. But out of all the T3 ships, the Loki probably excels at survivability because of the webs. Setups above look solid, if you have several bill in your pocket.

(2 x web) and super small sig makes this thing a beast. Add some halos or slaves and its an epic brick house. I just posted to show that NON FAIL fits do exist in the game. Personally i would just let a fried probe down my target or use an alt as you tend to sacrifice alot of dps and or tank when trying to fulfill multiple roles on the field. the "Loki" Provides the best of both worlds while not the highest dps T3 it does pack a punch and can stay around to dish it out. but yea if you want to be a swiss army knife on the field im sure one of the other t3's are more suitable for what your looking for. ---
