Please increase the explosion velocity to 50 or 60 so these can apply some damage to things that aren't planets.

Destroyers mounting citadel torps.
Would be fun if we can get covops cloak as well.

Also did webbing vanish at some point?

The webbing comment was the only part of that comment I understood. Having said that, the explosion velocity of citadel torps is 12m/s. how many webs is that? |

3 Webs on a non-triage Nidhoggur. 2 Webs on a Chimera will limit it to 16m/s. |

Okay, so firstly. Phoenix's are designed to hit player owned structures, very very hard. As you are aware POS's don't move.
What about capital ships you may ask? well..
As a dreadnought pilot, your missile skills should be damn right awesome and velocity compensation is where skills such as target navigation prediction come in.
I quote: 'Proficiency at optimizing a missile's flight path to negate the effects of a target's speed upon the explosion's impact. 10% decrease per level in factor of target's velocity for all missiles.'
That means, a webbed chimera is being hit extremely hard with that skill at level five. |

No, I can't fly one. Why would I train for something that is only 'as good' as the other dreads for POS bashing, and worse for everything else? |
