• Roam space and try to catch stragglers and people reshipping.
• Watch for cynos moving stuff in the core CFC regions like Deklein. They've been losing Drakes and Maelstroms like crazy.
• Smack up VFK do whatever it takes to disrupt their activities.
• Contact alliance diplos if you want to help. I'm sure they can give you an objective / system to camp.

I find it odd that anyone would base their shaky propaganda on the premise that long existing allies would defect from a happy relationship of mutual gain to that of rentership under the heel of an old school scrublord alliance.
