HAC, recon, BC, HIC.. any of those or a combination of specialized for those is good. I'm not looking for a 50M SP char obviously, I don't have ISK, but post your offers. Thanks.

I am unfortunately still looking only for a pure combat char as I intend to do wormholes/plexes/lvl5 missions with friends. Budget upped to 9B. I really want a nice toon.
