Now that the PI systen has been updated I was wondering if CCP was planning to update the Primae as the Primae's Comand Center hold capacity is 1,600 m3 while the Comand Centers on the market only take 1,000 m3. Perhaps CCP could move the 600 m3 to the Planetary Commodities Hold. Though I'm personaly hopeing that CCP will redo the Primae and make it into a key part of PI.
My fellow capsulers if CCP remakes the Primae how would you invision these changes?

this was a known issue and fixed internally to 2k already :) Cant say precisely when it will get deployed but not too long.

Just a 400m3 upgrade to the command center hold? Not really a lot there... Before they updated PI, the basic command centers took up about 50m3 in space, one could load up quite a few of the centers and go set up all over the place. Now, we can't even haul 6 centers...I can somewhat understand the small amount on the space, but how about letting the various holds on that ship benefit from the Cargohold Expanders? Can't fit anything but low power slot items so I don't think it'd be over powered.

The ship is a complete waist of time and why anyone would use it is beyond me.

Well, for starting toons, the ship is quite handy as it has no requirements to fly. Which in turn means they have a bit of ease when it comes to doing PI and making their first 100m ISK. The command center hold should hold at least 6km3 and the regular cargohold as the commodities hold should benefit from Cargohold Extenders since the ship only has 4 low slots and no chance of others.

It would be a hell of a lot of work for an new player to make their first million through PI using a ship with such a limited cargo hold. And i doubt many new player will seek this ship out on the contracts to use for PI.
This ship should have special bonuses when flown:
1. Planet survey range increased by 10ly
2. Can launch commodities to customs office from out side the system
3. 20,000 m3 platen commodities cargo space
4. 20% improved accuracy of planet resource survey

Well, of the 4 suggestions you've made, only one that really wouldn't be over powered would be the 20m3 commodities hold. Other than that, the others would be greatly OP. And currently in my region (Heimatar), those ships are about 15m on contracts, not really a lot of coin to spend for a decent PI ship.
