What we need is incursion rats to camp all icebelts at a random time once a week for 20 minutes with a 15 minutes warning in local. Anyone afk at that time will sit in a shiny pod.

All that'll result in is 3 days of bot kills, then bots having been adjusted to the local warning and warping out a few seconds before the spawn happens, while legitimate half-afkers get... uhm... 'incursed'.
You underestimate how sophisticated some of the bots already are, anyway.

Comfirming these, I did some research and Kira on the battleclinc killboard lost a freigther full of ice products in 0.7... take a look. So these images seem legit :)

But haven't you heard? Macros have achieved sentience, able to dock up when threats enter the system, and even respond to conversations, just like real people, It's impossible to tell the difference! How do i know you're not a macro? No one can be trusted.
The only option we have left is to kill any and all pilots in every system with no warning at all, and take the macros with them. No matter the cost, we must not let the macros win.

They are. T2 ships always have ".....Elite.......wreck" in my overview, so they are legit with no possible doubt.

Not completly true, i mine ice with my alt while i'm missioning with my main, but for sure i couldn't say all those next to me are doing the same or not.
Anyway i wouldn't get my alt out of station for ice mining knowing ther's an incursion in the system wich tends to prove that those who do are effectively bots.

Look at the image AGAIN. It's a screen shot from a mission. Those are gallente miner NPC wrecks. He's just renamed them all to mackinaw and stuff but been stupid enough to leave the type column just visible.
*Edit - a 'Gallente elite mining' anything is not a Mackinaw. Couple of orcas in there by the looks of it so I'd imagine it's one of the Amarr faction missions you get to go and kill gallente miners (there are a few of these) but there's tonnes of ore in there too. Probably someone took an Orca and lost it, in the mean time he's renamed all the rat wrecks. It's really stupid.
