Finally was able to create my new avatar today, and somewhere between saving the portrait and it being applied, he stopped smiling and starting doing.... whatever he's doing with his face ATM.
My CEO told me I was out of luck for a reset- but I haven't had one yet and it's still within the grace period. Just wondering if I could still file a petition and get one.

On the redo, my wife wanted me to take off the red lippy the avatar used to have, and I did that but somehow totally lost the smile, and the lighting is all meh. When choosing the portraits they should show you what it looks like at the much smaller sizes. Not liking my avatar at all now :(

You'll get at least one more attempt at redoing your avatar, and I wouldn't doubt a couple more within the next 6 months. You'll just have to wait.

But at least you learned never to listen to the wife again when it comes to applying your makeup. Valuable life lesson there.
