Ok so My friend and i were just watching a tv show on comedy Central and my friend asked if i had looked at the new comedy central logo? all i have to say on the matter is have you?

youcan see that the two bear a striking ressemblance...IDK its some food for thought...

1. Old news.
2. JUNK food for thought maybe.
3. Resemblance is most likely accidental. If anything, it shows a much stronger resemblance to the "copyright" symbol, ¬ .
4. Even if the resemblance would be intentional (which it obviously isn't), the "target audience" is sufficiently different to not cause a conflict of interest.
5. ???
6. NO profit.

Plus the actually factual answer: Which entity is more likely to own the trademark. I doubt CCP went to the trouble of trademarking the caldari logo, so the winner is comedy central.
