Its little more than a sitter/starter atm
things people buying carriers want/need:
- triage ready
- JDC5(which you're working on)
-good drone skills/carrier/capital ships skills
-core skills like armour/shields/engineering/electronics
-Nice implants/cybernetics skills are a bonus, but I tend to check for them.
It requires a lot of work, Id prolly suggest a price of 3-3.5 bill for it. Sounds low I know. With 2 months (something like 950mill investment in plex- cba checking price) Id prolly add 1.5-2 bill to that number just because most people buying wont want to wait several months before they can 'use' it.

Go take a look at standard nyx sitting pilots they go upto 6 bil easy with nothing and i mean nothing but sit in skills trained. this has a bit more therefore is valued a bit more, rather than a lot less.
