FC seems calm and cool, I know some FCs who would have lost their temper really fast in such a situation. The fleet seems to be really, really bad though. Dont obey orders (the dudes warping away), dont know how to enter a POS with a PW and then there is the guy who wants to MWD out into 3 titans in a BS(he has my respect though). And then theres that redneck who lets everybody know that he thinks the FC is ****ed up and that he hates him. A good FC looks out for his fleet and tries to keep them alive and intact, and it sounds like this FC was trying to do exactly that.

I remember flying with one of the best FC's in game, testing the shield RR's a year or two ago as they were popular again for about 6 months. We died horribly. Everyone was used to armor RR's and plates... i.e. slow ships. People weren't paying attention to ranges, and the shield ships were faster... they got out of range of each other because everyone was used to a slower pace for range changes, and we died horribly. Good FC + pilots inexperienced with the fleet composition/circumstance = quick death.
