This thread is for you to creatively express your ideal EvE ship. General guidelines:
- State the purpose of the ship.
- State skill requirements.
- State general stats (hp, slots, speed, sensor strength, dronebay, cargo etc.)
- State bonuses and what skills affect them (ex Minmatar Frigate providing 5% Small Projectile Dmg)
- Provide an example fitting to show how you want it to work.
- State why you would want it in the game.
My submission:
Chaos Battleship - Eclipse
Purpose: To provide the player faction, Word of Chaos Undivided, with a signature vessel that is both capable and relatively balanced as a ship of the line able to meet the needs of the Legions of Chaos.
Skill Requirements: Amarr, Caldari, Gallente, and Minmatar Battleship, Cruiser, and Frigate V. Destroyer, Battlecruiser, Capital Ships, and Advanced Spaceship Command V.

So basically, I made this to be a solo pwnmobile able to fit a MSE or two, invul, tackle and have room for more. I also designed it to be able to fit and use light missiles (fun stuff) or small projectiles effectivley. I love to fly my Jag around, so this would be a blast to go pew-pew in.

** The T2.5 Raven Battleship **
A Raven has a mass of 99.3 million kg. Stealth bombers have a mass of ~1.4 million kg.
I propose replacing the Raven's six missile high slots with stealth bombers. Swap out the six high slot stealth bombers for the stealth bombers of the appropriate damage type. The Raven's traditional missile speed and rate of fire bonuses are removed (since the individual stealth bomber torpedo bonuses are used instead.)
Without BCUs, the T2.5 Raven can throw over 1,800 DPS downrange.

I've always wanted to launch frigs instead of drones - especially if they used the launching character's skills for bonuses and delivered a kill mail every time you killed one. It'd be a massive boost to the T2 market (read: NC moon goo miners and T2 BPO owners) and killmail *****s the world over, so it'll probably get done ASAP.
I can just see it now: "Liang, you sure do lose a lot of Navy Slicers. What gives?!"

My dream ship is...
OBLIVION: T4 cruisers ( a.k.a. Assault recon cruisers X12 skill time multiplier)
Special role bonus: immune to all forms of electronic warfare
ship skill bonus: 10% reduction in damage to modules when heated.
There are only 2 available subs, which can both be fitted at once. one for max dps/pwnage and another for tanking/buffer. You can activate a particular subsystem even in space( You'll get this epic transformation animation when switching subs. You can't switch subs if you are taking damage)
Assault subsystem (8 high slots, 6 medium slots and 4 slots) 5000 HP to shields, armor and hull on subsystem activation
50% damage resists to all damage types on shields and armor, 0% to hull
skill bonus
30% bonus to turret rate of fire per skill level. 10% bonus to turret dmg per skill level.
10% bonus to turret falloff and optimal range per level. 7.5% bonus to tracking speed per skill level.
5% bonus to shield resists/armor skill per level
5% bonus to ship speed per skill level.
5% bonus to capacitor regeneration and capacitor amount per skill level.

Cap ship with a single high slot (perhaps one/two each mid and low slots) capable of towing objects through space.
Capable of fitting new scriptable Capital Tractor Beam II. First script allows it to function exactly as the T1 version while the second script allows the tug to tow an object.
Towing capacity should be dictated by level, with Tug lv5 capable of towing 1000000 kgs (enough for a Machariel, the largest BS hull, I belive) but excluding things like pos towers and cap ships.
Jet cans and wreaks are unstable or temporary objects, and therefore could not be towed in warp or though gates, but unmanned ships and secure containers could.

A fast shuttle. REALLY FAST. As in no cargo, but you can zap through space like nothing else! I'm talking about superspeed jumping, fast allign times and completely made out of paper (as in even one scratch and you are toast). Basically a ship for travelling.

A T2 tier 2 BC would be nice that are an upgrade on the tier 2 CS, you need logistic skills for them already so a BC that got logistic and fleet bonus would be nice, being able to fit 4-5 large RR and 2-3 links.

Sure why not? Fantasy modules can lead to a fantasy ship.

I want to see an armed industrial. Even sturdier than current blockade runners, with similar cargo capacity, 200-250 m/s base speed. Good locking time, 4 turret slots, with range and tracking bonuses for small turrets (or whatever is appropriate to ruin an interceptor/dramiel's day fast).
Not really meant to fight big stuff, but enough to discourage small ships from trying to tackle you. Or maybe the ability to fit bonused ECM so that you still have a chance to get away.

There's no such thing as a "proper fit". Also, I don't like the way that even a one-eyed dread pilot can hit me on MWD. I'm also big on cap stability (cap recharger), and I also like to be difficult to damage in the case that I can be hit(invul,MSE). I'm a former PvE pilot, so I'm really big on tank and not so much on gank.
