He is a good fighter and I have a lot of respect for his capabilities however he is supported in his piracy in R3 by Legion who feed him information at every opportunity. We lived with this for a while as it was not that blatant but during the last week the line has become increasingly blurred particularly with MadGaz's continued corp hopping. It was not PIE or CVA leadership that wanted this war, it was our members fed up with not being able to shoot those clearly giving aid to our enemies, and the enemies of all neutral pilots. PIE and the CVA were the first and only people to give you the benefit of the doubt and do business with you. It is just sad that you seem to have proven those old accusations true. Blob or no blob, outnumbering or outnumbered, it simply doesn't matter. What matters is the effectiveness in minimising piracy in the Deliverance region... Whether we achieve that by killing all the pirates or camping them to death doesn't matter. What matters is ensuring that this area of the Amarr Empire, formerly a no go area for all legitimate pilots, is a safe as can be achieved for all who wish to do peaceful business there...

The CVA's stance has been that of anti-piracy, anti-piracy for as long as the CVA has stood. Once such glaring facts came to light they were dealt with, and this brings us to this war. Indeed many CVA members are friendly with LEGI0N forces, indeed the same can be said for LEGI0N forces, but support of piracy is non-tolerable. As for the war declarations from other corps - they are corps in the area whom, like the CVA, stand against piracy, and the support of piracy, and stand firm and resolute. Nobody is disputing LEGI0N may, or may not be a great home, and full of great (and some not-so-great) people, the issue at stake here is the blatent support of piracy from LEGI0N. --Close Commlink--

Legion is now at war with CVA and 4 other corps all claiming we are pirates. I want evidence of any 'Legion' member comitting piracy, and rememeber i have lots of evidence of other people comiting piracy so be carful who you point that finger of blame at. I say too all that are here, CVA and there allies found that Legion would not keep quiet about who the real pirates in Domain and Providence are, so rarther then take up arms against the true agressors and slayers of inocence they throw dirt at Legion. I know Legions past is a rarther jaded 1 but since my agereement with CVA i have not heard of any member of Legion comitting 1 act of piracy. If we are pirates then so are those you protect and kill without any and i do mean any regret or justice in Domain. CVA you know i can post plenty of kill mails too show you who i mean and you also know you are trying too silence Legion because you fear them so much. And i dont blame you i was afraid of such a large fleet once, but i still took up arms against them. I sign off now wondering who else is going too jump on the CVA war bandwaggon. And on a personal note too Amaxx, i would like too see you come too Kheram alone 1 day and fight us without the 100's of others that usually tag along. It is all fairly simple to understand... Countessa you cannnot control your pilots in space - and now it seems you cannot control them on the GalNet. We are at war. Please stop your pilots moaning about being outnumbered. After all those of them with pirate backgrounds never complained when they ganked helpless Indies. We want you out of Amarr space and you have paid a merc corp to attack us? Do you expect us to give you flowers. It is a war - deal with it... all your pilot's moaning does is make us realise just how much we are getting to you... The CVA is at war with an alliance which outnumbers us by at least 70 pilots, we are also at war with +40 Legi0n and the +70 merc corp you hired. Are we moaning? Lets get on and fight the war... you will kill some of us. We will kill some of you. That is war. Just rest assured that CVA does not give up... and wont until the Deliverance region is cleared of pirates and their supporters... Can I ask CVA pilots not to rise to the baiting of miffed Legion pilots. Let our guns continue to do their talking... it is obviously working!
