Question for moderators:
it is possible to create a list of players who use bots with the Mackinaw and the Hulk.
To make them easy targets for Hulkaggedon?
I do not understand if the forum rules permit this

Well, there is that list that has locations of macros, one could always use that to find them!

99.9% of the time you can't tell (and neither can ccp). ...and I suspect you'd be mostly wrong to judge someone a macro. Mining by it's nature is a repetitious activity that relies on bookmarks and limited clicking of the mouse, one that many have to do alone because no one will join them...which is why bots have been easily set by some in the past. Some people just look like bots.
If you want to ease your conscience you can do what most participants do, assume everyone you run into is a bot. or lol, you could make an announcement in local before the attack I suppose.. but then you'd see that many of the so called bots are actually manned... and leave the belts.
It's not about killing macroers though.. sure it's one of the things people point to but the bottom line is any industry kill counts; mission running macros don't count. |

all very kind, I find your opinions interesting, then, since no moderator has spoken, I think is not expressly forbidden to create a list of characters who "undermine afk", here in the official forum of eve, so as to speed up search operations all gang suicide.
what do you think?

I wonder if the hulkageddon people realise that it is the Ratting bots in 0.0 that make the true ISK, mining bots don't make a whole lot.
But yeah... it's less fun going to 0.0 and getting your ass handed by titans and the like then to shoot harmless miners of cource:<.
PS: I do fully support Hulkageddon, don't get me wrong. And while you should honor the name 'Hulkageddon', you should, imo, also target real money-making bots. (In the next Hulkageddon event perhaps:-))
