Jayde Emeraude Angels of Anarchy	Posted - 2011.02.14 02:17:00 - [1] Stop screwing around with the game and trying to 'fix' it every other week with this 2 and 3 hour DT stuff. I have to clear cache constantly to get the overviews back to my settings from your last fix, fleet boosters still don't work right - but yeah, "let's work on clone issues" now. Seriously, we always, and we, meaning us that play this, find "work-arounds" your fixes - now that we've had 2 weeks to fix your last mess you want to do it again. FFS - STOP FIXING SH$T - and just let us play

If they built EvE how they really wanted, I'm sure it would be great. But they're a company and money drives them, which is to be expected, so they go where the money is as well as try to fix (or break) whatever the whiners whine about so they don't leave, decreasing revenue. Which the whiners don't exactly represent the entirety of the EvE Population, they just make their voices heard over those that are happy with the game. Which results in threads like these. Where the poster was happy with what was there, but then CCP changed and/or broke things that they liked most likely because people whined about how bad or broken it was while those that liked it remained quiet. So CCP can never win. That was a longer explanation than needed. tl;dr, No. They're doing what the money wants.

I don't think there's another MMO out there that has that many players especially after the game has been around for 9 years. http://www.mmodata.net/ take a look. The only MMO's that are above Eve in terms of subs are WoW, and korean games (aion, the lineage games).
