I come bearing a bond offering
/end suaveness
Purpose:
I am looking to get some isk seed (1.1 bill) to start a manufacturing fund so I may start garnering a collection of bpo(s) (researched) which will increase my leverage to make isk w/o to much effort and increase my NAV. couple smaller other reason are to coo over them like a dragon w/ golden eggs but that's maybe getting into a fetish you don't want to here about.
Goal: Acquire researched bpo's generally 1 at a time and launch building campaign from them lasting about a month ea to earn profits to pay for bpo's principal +interest whence they can become a back burner in my oven and I move onto next bpo.(amass bpo collection)
This offering is to consist of 2 parts = 500 mill bond for which will be used in acquisition of bpo(s) and a 600 mill loan for materials for which to launch this business.
Terms:
500 mill bond = 20 widgets for 25 mill ea
600 mill loan = The Lovely Plumage aka Navy Mega {rigged for whom it matters to} have already used this boats on previous loans before in this forum.
5% monthly interest; payments on about 1st of ea month
Launch when entirety of offering has been filled (one part kind of redundant w/o the other)
Length: TBA
* To a few who may recognize me mentioning this offering in game a few days ago I did originally shoot for a term of 1 month but at that moment i was being really focused on acquiring just 1 bpo before I thought I could roll onto another bpo once I finished my building campaign on one to earn back its principal.
Bond Buy-back/out Policy:
As I could be running this awhile I could see how people may want to cash-out later so;
You are free to sell the widget rights you bought provided you can find a willing investor to take your place; Also if you do this you forfeit interest to be earned in that month.

Im leaning towards perhaps a trusted 3rd party to hold the collateral to keep it from being sold off from a investor deciding to go rouge.
On the part of the bond you can get the money back from however many of the x of 20 widgets u buy; just i will require someone to take your place if you do so I may continue to operate this venture. Also selling the rights to another investor will be penalized in only the month you cashout - I have this term as to try to keep the same investors that buy in from the start.

Just find some1 who will take the widgets you bought; Can be as simple as making an official transfer of rights letting me know who will be taking over what u bought and they pay you for x widgets and then you will have cashed out of the bond with your money back and now the new person takes the place of collecting on interest.
I could also send you the money then recieve from who will be taking over (perhaps 3rd party to make sure both sides get funds) but I find the first scenerio works out better/simpler.

I believe I have already answered your question in my previous post concerning if want to be paid back directly from me. As for finding another investor I can do my part to find some1 else that will buy your posisition but until that happens your bound to the terms of the bond - hence in your interst to also look for another investor to take your space. Part of this is I'm being fairly lean in terms what I require and cashing ppl out w/o some1 to fill their place would hinder this business plan. If you have further questions to these particular issues you can mail me in-game.
Also later i will be amending a cluase or two to this offering specifying more on terms of investment.

Offering is now locked = Entirety of bond+loan has been bought out by (a) private investor at alternate offer of a non collateralized loan of 1.1 bill. As party did not post in this thread for the time being I assume their identity as Anonymous; will at the least have Breaker affirm their investment if investor doesn't want to post when they are online again.

EVE time = 3/1/11 ; for me its still 2/28/11 so this either early or on time depending how u look...
Interest Payment:
55 mill (5%)
25 mill (for propation of month of February)
80 mill paid out to investor.
