If you can't figgure out what happened that you were Concorded (you can pod a WT in High Sec, so sounds wonky to me), I would suggest sending a petition in game to the GM's. It may take a couple weeks for a response, but they will get to it and if need be rectify the situation. |

Hmm that's a strange one. Possibly a bug where it did not see you as being in caldari militia, if you notice in the kill report it lists your faction as unknown. I know yesterday I ran across a squid who showed neutral on my overview but was in fact a war target, even got the GCC warning when engaging, however no GCC and it was in lowsec.
Regardless I would petition the loss, they will deny it at first (they always do) but keep escalating it and make sure they understand what happened.

according to (gm mace) his word is final they wont replace the ship or my sec, but i have asked for new gm to look at it.
even if they have changed the rules its not shown so as far as im concerened its not posted in the rules so replace all is what i say |

AS FAR AS I KNOW BUT I COULD BE WRONG:
CONCORD will **** your day up if you show up in highsec with a security status that you're not supposed to have.
I used to have a -2.8 or something like that when I was in minmatar militia (left because of the cowardice of the minmatar) and would go to amarr space and pod people or kill people with an insta-lock thrasher.
The navy won't scram you, just web you and try to kill you in any security space.
CONCORD on the other hand, depending on your security status and what security space you're in, will scram/web/etc. you and beat you down like the LAPD.

CONCORD only deals with global criminals, not security status.
The exception being the Genesis constellation, but they act like faction police there.
The GM is wrong if he said that you cannot podkill war targets.

All pod kills in hi-sec should result in concord kills then...which just isn't happening.

Judging from your lossmail your faction isn't showing as Amarr Militia and so technically he may not have been a legitimate war target at the time. The GM is incorrect though (I hope). It's always been the case that you can pod war targets in high-sec. |

The thing that catches my eye is that you were also shot by a sentry gun. You apparently did something to attract not just CONCORD, but the sentry's attention. Is it possible you hit the star gate or a station or, as the others have pointed out, may not have been actually in faction war yet?
