The woman looked out the viewport of the ship. She was not in her pod as she usually was, yet loathe to just leave the operations under her 2IC's watchful eye during these critical stages, no matter how much she needed rest. Looking out at the stars, she knew this would be the last operation for this project and she smiled.
Raising a hand to the viewport, it looked like she was reaching out into the vastness of space to grasp it's wealth. Wasn't too long ago that she'd seen someone else do it, convincing her to join the Disciples of Night, that very argument sealing the deal. She felt the hum of the ship change, knowing that meant the command modules were in effect. She'd seen what follows many times, but her lips parted nonetheless.
A number of Hulks and Covetors thundered into the belt, each of them a vast fortune in and of themselves. Within seconds, they had locked their targets and the stripminers activated. Closing her eyes, she could almost hear the capsule's simulated sound as they tore through rock and stone, extracting untold riches of minerals each cycle.
Soon enough the ships began jettisoning cans of ore and the ship she was in began to tractor them in. She almost lamented having been told to spend this operation outside of the capsule, but understood the toll it had taken on her to lead the operations time and time again. This would be the last one for this project, but she reminded herself it was just one of many.
Once this belt was gone, and soon it would be, they would have the minerals required to finish the Chimera class Carrier, the capital modules and a bay full of Fighters. Others in the corporation had pored over the blueprints, finding ways to make them more efficient. Others had made copies. Today it would all come together and construction could begin. Over one billion ISK worth of ship manufactured in one go. And it was merely one of many to come.
She turned from the viewport with a smile as she headed deep into the Orca to her sleeping quarters. The Night had held all the riches. It just took the Disciples of it to wrest the riches into their own hands and turn it into even greater ones.

So, who are the Disciples of Night? The founding corporation of Dominion of Darkness, DoN has a long and proud history as an industrial corporation. Having seen both the deep industry and dangers of nullsec space and the calmer industry of highsec, there aren't too many with the expertise and know-how to truly wrest each ISK out of every unit of minerals available that could compare to DoN.
We mine, invent, manufacture and trade and have contacts across New Eden. A good and enjoyable environment for any industrialist, we have a good attitude towards each other and other players. Now we seek to expand some more and have decided to offer something for even newer players.
We are recruiting miners with no minimum Skillpoint Requirement. You don't need to spend months mining in a frigate and cruiser before you're considered. We will take you in, teach you the ways of mining and other industry related tasks and you will be contributing to the whole while enjoying yourself the whole time.
Besides community, we also offer much help for miners.
Rorqual support for clones and nullsec industry. Orcas for transport, mining leadership bonuses and hauling support. Aid with training and hauling and maybe even more should you show that you're a contributing member.
