This Char is STRICTLY Combat Oriented. It has only been flown as a pirate but I got the sec rating back down to -0.1 before auction so you should be good. Only a few known enemies which I tagged but dont need to worry. But this char definetly has a history.

It can fly both Caldari and Gallente BS's and also Gallente Indies!!!
Maxed Gunnery But mainly uses Missile Launcher Skill which is close to half a mil!

It also comes with Your choice of caldari BS Tech 1 or 2 and a assets scattered around! It is not stripped fully usable pay and play!
This char is incredible and i hate to let it go but im shipping out to the persian gulf.
